We are unique in having nine board-certified Child Psychologists and Psychiatrists along with a team of clinicians on staff dedicated to "Developing Strong Children and Successful Families."

Every young person deserves to experience the magic of a Prom.

Every young person deserves to experience the magic of a Prom. The Children’s Center of Wayne County’s KIDDS (Kids with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities) Program will make those dreams happen at the third annual KIDDS Prom.  The children in this program have been diagnosed with autism or a mild or moderate intellectual impairment. Due to their limitations, many are unable to attend their own prom.  The event is an opportunity for the children in the KIDDS program to experience the magic that a Prom offers with the added bonus of including their family in the event.
